Tools for Life and its staff believe that every person deserves self-respect
and great health. We understand that unlike the Hollywood stars, not all of us
are blessed with the time and circumstances to visit the gym on a daily basis.
We strive to make fitness a livable thing for everyday people - and with success.
Our clients range from 14-79 years of age. We visit our clients from an infrequent
consultative basis up to four times per week. Seminars and corporate consultation
are becoming more popular everyday as many companies are recognizing the financial
benefits of wellness, without realizing the high costs of in-house
Wellness Directors.
Tools for Life believes that knowledge is the key to health. All of our trainers
are professionally certified, and participate in continuing education so that we
can ensure top quality training for our clients. Tools for Life is proud to make our
system available to all; now more people can enjoy the benefits of total wellness
without even leaving their homes! In fact, Tools for Life instructors assist anyone,
regardless of age, sex, or physical limitations, reach their fitness goals.

When I started Iron Athlete in 1987, Personal Training was a luxury reserved
for the Hollywood celebrities and the very wealthy, but has since grown into
an industry that is wide spread throughout the United States and has found a
strong base in the Pacific Northwest.
I firmly believe that fitness is something that should be available and enjoyable to
everyone. Iron Athlete’s comprehensive programs have been developed and designed to
help clients meet their individual physiological and psychological goals. We offer a
full spectrum of fitness services ranging from weight loss to weight gain programs,
sports specific conditioning programs for any competitive level, limited time frames
and general conditioning programs.
Each trainer at Iron Athlete is committed to making training fun and challenging.
We always provide ongoing quantitative feedback based on progress. Whatever the goal,
whatever the scheduling conflict, whatever the excuse, Iron Athlete trainers will
help the client overcome it and move past it.
